Has anyone titled a cobra in Virginia, do they title them as 1965, and how complicated is the process?

I forget which forum he is on but search for olda4guy he posted his complete titling process. I believe he did it without any problems. He was very thorough. Sorry I can't help you further.

Yes, it is reasonably easy if using the FFR COO as it lists it as a 65 or if coming from another state w/ a 65 title. Otherwise it gets more difficult. The problem w/ a title w/ a later year is that, after a certain year, the DMV computer system will kick out a requirement for an emissions inspection that is very difficult to get around. I did that but it was a lot of work.
