Speedo Sensor drop out in RF wiring harness

Am I safe to assume that the drop out in the RF rear harness labeled Speedo Sensor is not needed with the Speed Hut GPS speedometer?

Might use those wires for seat heaters if they have no function.

Not needed unless your running EFI and the computer needs it.
