I don't know that anyone has drawings and I don't think anyone is making these anymore. If you have a hand drill or drill press, and a table saw, you could probably make one yourself. You just need to measure the width between the steering column mounting bolts. Cut some aluminum on a table saw and drill your holes. Don't even really have to slot it... you could just drill a series of holes... close enough. Or get it where you want it and just drill one hole.

I took some measurements and rounded to nearest metric dimension. Double check all the dimensions, and make a plywood mock up to confirm geometry before ordering in aluminum.
