I believe they are cooling fan mounting brackets

You also have some goofy looking brackets to install hood pins instead of the hood hinges.
Save them both because you may hack them up to use for other things down the road.
I've used my two of the quick jacks to make my sway bar mounts and my hood pin brackets as part of my lower radiator support.
