What did you use for foam edging? I was thinking pipe insulation tubing.I also made my ends 99 inches from front buck to back buck instead of 96. Should that fit good or should I move it in to 96?

Thanks Mike

Pipe insulation is what I used.
I wouldn't think there would be any issue with 99". Its definitely not an exact fit on these anyway, you really just need some basic support.

Also used pipe insulation. I found my support cross sections were a little to close together and ended up putting two 2x4s under the rear like legs for additional support. The extra length may do you well. You will see when you get it on there the measurements are not super critical.

Pipe insulation works well. Good reference article: http://www.ffcars.com/FAQ/bodybuck02.html

Pipe insulation here too. My buck is going to be available later this year if anybody is interested.
