I have installed the tube from a cold air setup , the moving air makes more noise then the exhaust does, has anybody else had this problem and how did it get fixed if possible?

Thanks

Hmm. Got any pics of your setup? The filter should face forward and as close to the front as possible. If its a metal pipe, maybe insulating it would help.

That is quite interesting. Any chance you could post a video of that?
Sorry nothing productive to respond with but I would like to hear it.

Is there a filter even attached. I could imagine without it, hearing the intake, but with it on, that would be a first for me.

The COYOTE installs all have a very similar system & no intake noise. Do you have a small air leak someplace that is making the noise?

Maybe your cold air tube, MAF sensor housing, etc is contacting the body or frame, magnifying any noise.

When I did my first start (347 & Pro-M Racing fuel injection) my new distributor had a shutter wheel out of tolerances and a bad Hals Effect Sensor. As a result, my timing was whacky and I was getting a loud rustling noise from my air tube/filter assembly. Dialed it in and no noise...just a thought...

Thanks guys, I talked to a mechanic who specializes in EFI and he said it was because the stock tubes have baffles inside that keeps the air from moving in a straight line and stops the noise , I looked at the inside of the Ford tube and it has humps or rolls inside. May have to look for something else to use for this.

Some intake tubes go even further, with resonator chambers to quiet the noise. Here is one from a recent Camaro:
