MA Emissions ..... MK 4 want to own in MA

Since the use of the modern Ford Coyote crate motor is questionable, does the GM E Rod LS3 connect and cruise qualify? It's emmission compliant. Hate to do this, but I want new everything. I need a quarantee I get an inspection sticker and the MK 4 stays on the road. Help! Thanks, Bill

You can use a new Coyote crate motor in Mass. You'll just need to have all the emissions equipment that meets today's requirements (2017). You can also do the EPA exemption process (which is what I'm doing) and have a car crushed and the exemption transferred. Call the MAC center (RMV dept) and schedule a meeting with a level 3 tech.
