I hit a Milestone today that I just had to share. UPS just dropped of a brand new set of Silver 17" FR500 with 315 in the rear, and 275 out front.

Oddly enough... putting those bad-girls on gave me as big a smile as the day the kit arrived. Especially getting to sit in it at "almost" ride height. I can only imagine my reaction when I get the motor in.

My favorite sizes. Once the body is on be sure to work on that inward turned lip around the front fender opening. Especially in front of the tire. It gets real close when the steering is turned.

Hopefully mine will look similar this weekend. My Sumitomo HTR Z tires were dropped off yesterday. Went with the Halibrands though.

I'll keep that in mind.. thanks. As it is.. I'm trying to see if I can follow Bill_VA.. in that he has the same wheels and tires, a 3-link rear, and still running SN95 axles. Somehow, he managed to dial in the suspension to "not" rub. Though.. if I have to swap out for a set of Ranger axles.. no biggies.. but.. it'd be nice to not have to.
P.S. Those 315s are so fun to stare at.. fatty-fat-fats.
