Has anybody attempted to put twin turbos under the hood ( or in the wheel wells in front of the foot box) on a modular build in a roadster? I read the article in an online hotrod mag about spending $2k for an eBay twin turbo set up os putting it on a stock 4.6 and putting down 590 hp. I don't want anything that wild but a solid 400 would be nice. Is there enough room to put a turbo in behind each wheel well n front of the foot box. I am an accomplished welder and fabricator, so I am not scared by fabricating the exhaust and intake plumbing.

yes by the time I get done with all that maybe I should have just bought a coyote, but right now I have a free 4.6 that runs well and can be replaced very cheap, and with twin turbos, I feel like I would have a very unique car. Besides.....whodoesnt like a challenge and an extra fun project

Heck while you're at it add a methanol kit. I added it to my Buick GN and it put a clear 100hp down with the methanol alone at 25 psi of boost with no knock
