Can anyone tell me where and how these are mounted? I have gone page by page in manual and there is no instruction, procedures, or pictures in the manual that I could find! They are part #'s 13804 & 14584.

Door Sills?
If you are talking about these, you need to have the body on for the final time with doors fitted and body properly secured in place. Mine took a bit of trimming to get them to fit properly.
Roughly page 405 in the Mk4 build manual.
