Need a vendor recommendation for the Lucas Wiper cable tubing/shroud. You can see an example in this photo here. The tubing/shroud surrounds and protects the wiper cable which rotates inside.
Where can I buy this tubing/shroud?

Go to any parts store and get a 3/8 nickel copper brake line. Works perfect.

I agree. The Ni-cad is nice and soft so the gradual curve is easy. But, more importantly, the slight flare needed on each end is relatively easy to do even w/o a flare tool.

And add lots of white grease to the cable when you do the final assembly.

Same thing here, 5/16" line and remember you need to flare the ends.
Also, as stated earlier, use plenty of white grease.

My wiper kit from FFR included a tube with it. It was aluminum though, and many builder had issues with making clean flares. Opted to go with copper tubing instead. and it worked fine.

Thanks Jakester, that pic answered a few questions I had. I have the wiper kit form FF also and was wondering where it mounted. Can I ask where you got the heater unit from? I am going to have to add one to my 289 roadster build.

I used aluminum. Crimp the far end to keep dirt out.
