I am looking pretty seriously at a 4 post lift. More for storage and car stacking ability than anything so the 4 post is my preferred lift over a 2 post.
Specifically I am looking at the BendPak HD-9XL

My concern is the approach angle and the body clearing the ramps. They do offer longer ramps to help with the clearance angle. My body is not available at this time.

Could someone tell me with the car at ride height how much clearance there is between the front of the body and the ground? Also what is the measurement from the front of the front tire to the front of the body?

Thanks for the help.

Measured #7750 sitting the garage waiting impatiently for spring. 4-1/4 inches to the ground under the front oil cooler area. Approx 8 inches from the front of the oil cooler opening to the front of the front tires. FWIW, approx 17 inches from the front of the oil cooler to where the front tires hit the ground. Note this is with ride height just under 4 inches. Probably not a problem, but with approach angle also important to watch where the headers come out of the body. Typically they're above the chassis tubes. But still something to watch.

Thanks Paul and good thought on the 17" measurement and the header tubes.
