I have a MKIII kit for a 87-93 donor.
My clutch pedal assembly is from a 1995.
What changes would i need to make to fit this in my car?

None. Its a direct bolt in. You might need to drill one mounting hole that will be obvious when you install it.

The instruction manual is actually a good reference for this, as it shows both Fox and SN95 pedal box installation. The SN95 is smaller and does not mount to the horizontal dash braces, just the firewall/footbox front. You have to knock the threaded inserts out of the pedal box to mount it.
Our Mk3 is a non-donor build, but we opted for the SN95 pedal box as well since I wanted the nicer pedal pad shape and added the Bullitt/Mach 1 pedal pads, plus we were using Hydroboost and those model years it was a factory item.
HTH!

If you are using manual brakes then yes. I highly recommend you go power brakes. Buy a 87-93 Mustang booster and spacer and you have everything you need. You wont regret it.
