Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays. I have been doing a ton of research but still have some unanswered questions. I got a new factory replacement (87-93) fuel tank for my mk4 and I am trying to source the parts I need to go with it. I just want to run this by you guys to make sure I am on the right track and to help locate some parts. Since I have a base kit, here are the parts I think I need:
1. Fuel pick up. I am going carb'd, no return line. The one Mark sells at Breeze is what I am looking for, but are there any other cheaper options?
2. Fuel sender. Can I just use a stock 87-93? I plan on going with speedhut gauges if that means anything.
3. The fuel tank valve. I am having a very hard time locating where to buy one. I do not plan on going with a charcoal canister or anything unless I have an issue.
4. The metal filler neck. Is the one that Breeze sells different than the 87-93 mustang?
Any help would be appreciated.
