I had planned on purchasing an 818C kit after I had a few months of AWD drive fun...but the wife can't stand me being in the garage for more than 15 minutes so that's out. As a result I have to sell my donor. It's currently sitting in my garage waiting the last few hours of work that I can't seem to give it to get it running. Chassis has 180ish on it.

Highs:
New 2012 EJ257 SB
2004 STI heads
1000cc EV14 injectors
Motive 3 port EBC
Motive composite TGV
IHI VF34 turbo
STI intercooler
Perrin turbo inlet
JDM scoop - though it's the wrong color.
AEM short ram
TurboXS (I think) downpipe. It's that huge one that is no longer sold.
Exhaust has been wrapped in DEI titanium wrap. I have a spare roll I haven't used as well.
New wideband and AFR gauge.
Has remote start for manual trans. I've never verified that it worked since I bought this car as a roller.
Braided lines and AN connectors
Kinugawa fuel rails

Lows:
Stock exhaust post downpipe for some reason.
Ebay up-pipe. As with all Ebay go fast parts this one is eventually going to die.
There's some rust - nothing that you wouldn't expect on car from 2003 though.
Torn CV boot - I have the replacement for it I just haven't gotten around to doing it.

I thought the 2.5 wasn't an option until 2004? The car is a 2003? What's the ECU solution? What do you think it needs to get running? Pictures?

It's a 2003. I bought it as a roller with a blown 205 and I purchased a new 257 short block from Subaru and 2004 STI heads from a local guy. The ECU is from the 2003 so no AVCS - the cams are currently plugged but the AVCS plumbing is there in case I changed my mind later. Work wise it just needs the accessories connected, radiator installed, ECU flashed and broken in. It's mostly done.
