Looking for information on the space and pedal layout of the mk4.
I heard they were expanded and I'm trying to determine if a dead pedal bumpout, gas pedal bumpout, and brake/clutch bend are still necessary(?)
I have a mk4 kit and I've installed my donor pedal box from a '95 (I'm also planning to run the boosted brakes). I still plan to purchase the Russ Thompson gas pedal, but from a couple test fits, it doesn't seem like the bump-outs or brake/clutch pedal bender will be necessary. (I still plan to install a dead pedal).
How much bigger is the mk4 than the mk3? Are these mods still desired? (I don't have big or wide feet (size 10) but want it comfortable and this is the time to do it.
Also, I heard the Russ Thompson pedal can be ordered with an offset, do I need one?
