Have about 1500 miles on my 2015 coyote and am getting recurring codes thrown, P0365 and P0369, camshaft position sensor B, bank 1. Familiar with the cam phaser issues on previous versions of Ford's modular motors but didn't see much info on the new coyote. Anyone experiencing similar issues on the new coyote?

Can't help you on this code. I was having some other ones and got some great support from Ford Racing tech support. Give them a try.
Please report back on what you find out in this thread.

I know...long shot but I just did first start a few weeks ago and I'm getting these same permanent codes (P0365 and P0369). This does NOT seem to be a common error code for folks on the forum - any input on what could be the issue here would be great. Wondering if the OP ever resolved this or figured out what the issue was?

Darryl, I battled the dreaded cam position sensor codes for quite a while. There are a number of causes and possible solutions. If you call the Ford tech line, they will tell you to check your grounds and ensure your wiring is in good shape. Here's a little more.

You can swap the DS and PS sensors and see if the problem stays in the same bank. If it changes, you probably have a bad sensor.
You may have a loose wire somewhere, or a bad connector. It's a real pain, but checking all your connections on the engine harness might be worthwhile.
How's you oil pressure? To quote the Ford tech line guy, "these engines are very sensitive to oil pressure". The VVT is all oil pressure driven and that can have an impact on the phasers that control the cam advance, thus having an impact on the cam position sensor.

Hope this helps!

Thanks this is helpful and gives me a good starting point. I think I will start by swapping the sensors and see if the problem persists on the same bank or if it moves to the PS. Oil pressure on mine seems to be good - I did have an issue a couple of times where the gauge read zero oil pressure even though things were running fine. I'm pretty sure it was a loose connection on the sensor plug because after I unplugged and re-plugged it, everything has been fine since then. I'm keeping an eye on it.

As for grounds, I'm very confident I have plenty of grounds; I used #2 AWG cables connecting the engine block on both sides to the frame, and ECU harness has a homerun ground to the 4" frame tube at the same spot the battery is grounded. I don't think it's a ground issue in my case unless there's a ground issue inside one of the harnesses (possible).

I haven't gone through the entire engine or ECU harness yet, so that might be next on my to-do list although beyond unplugging and re-plugging connectors, I'm not sure what else I would do. I don't think I want to de-loom the harness wires and inspect....I doubt that would yield anything useful, but if all else fails that may be next. I guess I could check fuses in the PDB also (haven't done that yet). Other options I can think of would be the swap the engine harness, swap the ECU harness, and swap the ECU itself. If it comes to that, I may get it tuned before I go down that path as I'm not sure the best way to test those (maybe borrow someone's harnesses?).
