1. Ready to install fire wall, drilled and ready. Is there any reason to hold off on riveting it in, ie access to work later?
2. Front DS foot box panel,, My white panel is missing one bolt hole out of the 4 mentioned in mounting the pedal assembly. Any reason to drill or not drill it out?
3. Which master cylinder goes inboard? Seems like there is a 3/4 and a 5/8" bore. I would assume the 3/4 is the front, but the manual does not differentiate which goes where.
4. Car is going to be automatic trans. Looking for ideas on covering up clutch holes in the foot box, engine side.

thanks,

My input.

1. No.
2. There should be four holes for the Wilwood pedal box. Are you sure you using the right DS front panel? Two are in the kit. One for the Wilwood box. One for a donor box. Not sure why they still supply the donor panel when the kit includes the Wilwood setup, but they do. Some of the early kits (mine included) had the donor panel powder coated white instead of the Wilwood one. Something to check.
3. 0.75" (3/4") MC for front brakes; 0.625" (5/8") MC for rear brakes. Pretty sure it's in the manual, but don't have it in front of me. Doesn't matter which side you put them on in the pedal box. Put them where the plumbing works best for you front and back.
4. Just rivet on cover plates. Unless you want to make all new pieces without the extra holes.

Thanks for the super response.
1. I will get the firewall installed next day of work.
2. I did get 2 foot box backs. One bare alum, the other powder coated white and the equipment holes lined up, just missing one of the bolt holes. Time for a pilot, then a step bit.
3. I think I will put the 3/4 inboard, no logical reason, just swag.
4. Cover plate it will be.

I got a Fed Ex notice my, hopefully, last package of parts is enroute.
Things are coming along nicely for one set of hands.
I have really relied upon your build thread Edwardb to assist me.
Thanks for your assistance with the reply to my post.
