Before i finalize dropping all my stuff off to engine builder will the factory oil pan from my 1994 GT work with out any obstruction? I kinda like the idea of utilizing the low oil sensor for a dash light......

There won't be any obstructions with the frame itself. But it will likely hang below the frame rails. You will need to replace it. The usual recommendation is maximum 7.5 inch oil pan depth. But does vary slightly depending on engine mounts, etc.

I was faced with the very same issue awhile back and took the advice from the man who posted previously (EdwardB) and so glad I did. My pan fits just perfect. I believe (I'm at work and can't lookup my part) but used the Canton 15-640 pan. 7.5 inches and accommodation for a sender and dip stick/two drain locations. Holds 7 quarts. I'm running four bolt main and rear and the pan you have a link too wouldn't work in my scenario.

And yes, you will most definitely need a new P/U if your changing the depth of the pan.

P.S. if you go with a 15-640 pan, notice Summit lists it's capacity as 6 quarts. It's actually a 7 quart pan. Recommended PU for it is #15-641
