I am making a little progress on my Anniversary Roadster.
I have the F panels attached, no issues.
I have installed the front upper and lower control arms, no issues.
Installed the 500 lb front springs on the Konis.
I turned the shocks where the top and bottom adjusters are accessible from the rear of the wheel opening. I did not see where anyone addresses the best way to do this. I did have to relieve the braces in the LCA for clearance on the bottom of the Konis. I wish I had done it before the installation of the LCA. The drivers side did not need as much grinding.
I set the spindles on the ball joints, cannot find the spacers for the lower ball joint. I almost dropped 2-5/8" washers on both sides, so I could get them tightened down, but will wait and see how long it takes to get them.
No steering rack yet, but might look at installing the F sway bar. I put a request in for the supplemental instructions, but nothing yet.
I think everyone is at the SEMA show.
I am reading a lot of edwardb and wareaglescott's post.
I used GE silicone under the F panels. I did not like the texture of it and bought a tube of Dow silicone in gray color. I will use it next and see if I like it better.

Not sure if you know but for supplemental instructions go to the factory five website, select the parts catalog tab and then towards the top left side of the screen is an instructions link. It has quite a few instruction supplements.

If its an anniversary car with the aluminum colored double adjustables then make sure they are mounted body down. The are not reversible like the standard single adjustable red body shocks.

The spacers on the lower balljoints are just to make sure the cotter pin is in the correct position to prevent the castle nut from moving. It isn't a problem to use washers, however the bottom of that spacer has a chamfer in it because the ball joint taper sticks up a little past the spindle , as long as the bottom washer fits over that part of them stem then you are fine.

Thanks Scott and Jim. I was not aware of the supplement items available.
I took a note from edwardb's thread on the proper mounting of the Konis. I got it right the first time. I put the 500 lbs spring on the front and left the 400s for the rear on a swag.
Scott's good pic of the spacer told me what to watch for.
I went back to the shop and tried to start on the other end, but am lacking too many parts.
I was hesitant to put the rear suspension in, until I get the rear housing mounted.
I emailed the missing sway bar bushing, saddles and bolts to FFR.
I got the door straps and roll bar trim bushings from Fedex today.
Thanks,

If you use washers for spacers it's a good idea to get the hardened grade 8 versions.
