Need 2015 IRS dimension

I will start my IRS upgrade next week and need a dimension. I am not sure how far forward of the end caps on the 4 inch tubes the new cross tube should be. Can someone measure how far forward the surface of the red arrow is compared to the surface of the blue arrow. I think it just clears the welds for the end cap but am not sure. BTW, I hope edwardB doesn't mind me borrowing his picture.

Craig this is looking down from behind the rear DS wheel. It is basically flush. The weld bead makes a bump but I did not see anything to measure. Hope that helps.

Wareaglescott, that is exactly what I needed. The weld bead gives a false impression that it might be a bit forward of the tube. Thank you very much.
