Ok, so as I said earlier, I was waiting for permission from FFR to do this year's calendar. Last week I got that permission, so away we go......

Last two years have featured a theme throughout, and I would like to continue that. For those who haven't seen, here are a couple of images from the 2016 calendar...

The last two years have featured owner and car information, and a quote with each month. I'm thinking of changing that up a bit this year.

FraserD's pics kind of got me thinking....PINUP CALENDAR!!!!!!!!!

I'd like feedback on this, since it is for the group, but I think a pinup GTM calendar would be great! And if you can't get (or your significant other won't allow) a sexy girl to pose with your car, send a pic with a bikini top hanging off the mirror, or I can see about a cool photoshop job. Actually, I think it would be funny if someone sent a few pics with their kid's teddy bear or favourite doll dressed in a swimsuit and placed on the hood! How about a Great Dane that is taller than the car wearing a bikini top? LOL

Two big BIG rules....no nudity and no minors! But a girl in daisy dukes (a la FraserD's shots), bikini, or even ripped jeans and a crop top. Get them with a smear of grease on their cheek and looking out from under the engine bay. Or a set of legs in a miniskirt getting out of the door. Low cut top reaching into her cleavage for her drivers' license with a reflection of a cop in the window....Be creative!


So I put it to you as a group....what do you think of this idea? We need to decide fast, as I'm going to need pics very VERY soon!

I like the idea of the all GTM calendar but how about a mix calendar of all the Factory Five cars. I know its hard to get twelve pic of GTMS but should not be that hard to get a few from each group of cars. How about the option to get a mix one also. I would buy both.

I'd love to...but the problem is that FFR sells a calendar like that directly. It was touch and go to get permission for the exclusively GTM calendar, I don't see them being cool with something that goes exactly head to head with one of their products. That being said, I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to do a separate calendar for each FFR model...GTM, 818, 33, Cobra, and 65. (Hey, Dave, what do you say?)

I'm looking forward to it. Who knows. maybe I'll have some pictures for you soon. In any case, I'll be buying!

I've got my first photo submission received.

Car photo - multiple photos from different angles.
Engine bay photo
Since I'm still looking at doing it as a "pinup", at least one photo with a cute girl/teddy bear/puppy in it (no nudity! no minors!)

Owner Name
Owner location (city/state)
anything else you want included
