I want to brag on three vendors. Some may have different experiences but these three have been nothing short of fantastic
1. Levy Racing - Gordon is supplying my engine, rearend, transmission, and brakes. Great guy and very helpful. I have typically harassed him 3-4 times a week with some stupid question. If I called he has always answered the phone, is patient and explains things so I can understand. He also responds to my emails quickly. There have been a number of times he has responded within minutes.
2. Fortes Parts - Mike has also been great. I initially talked to Mike during my research phase. He helped by think through engine options. I went another route for the engine. Mike is supply a hydraulic system and mechanical throttle linkage. Even though he didn't get the "big" order he was super helpful. Mike has also answered the phone everytime I have called.
3. DrummerMike. I know he isn't on this forum but he supplied heat shields for my side pipes. They are not installed yet but he was easy to work with, did great work, and had quickly delivery. If you need some heat shields send him a PM on the "other" forum.
I work for a large company. I work on large capital and strategic projects. Through work, I get exposed to many companies and have seen many different levels of customer service. I can honestly say these three have provided me world class service. Just my experience.
