This is a leftover set from my challenge car I didn't end up using, it was around $130 new, does not fit all MK kits (see below). It is missing the plate with bolts that glass'es into your trunk lid. You can make this plate and weld some bolts on, or get a set from Breeze. Here's the description from their website:

It is designed to solve the interference problem between the top center of the trunk lid and the body when the trunk is opened. This kit allows for horizontal and vertical adjustment after installation. It is supplied in bare steel and bolts to the frame. Stud plates require bonding to the trunk lid. Includes all hardware and instructions. Made in USA. Note: Does not fit Mk1 chassis with a horizontal crossbar. Mk4 roadster already come with interior trunk hinges.
