View Full Version : Carburetor Throttle Won't Move

We have a FR 360 crate engine that we got with a QuickFuel QF HR-780-VS carburetor already installed. The throttle does not appear to want to move at all in either direction. Any chance that there is something done for shipping to freeze it? Any other ideas?

There could be tape Under the carb over the intake hole, pull it off and check.

It turns out there was an aluminum plate under the carb, I'm guessing to protect debris from falling in. Anyway, it's off and we're excited to try to start it.
