Front body mounts

Hello again folks, does anyone have a picture of their front body mounts installed on their MKIV? I just called FFR to inquire about the angled washers with rubber backing that were not supplied and I was told to use the front body mounts (new design) that attach somewhere around the front quick jacks and turn signals but there is no instruction in the manual because it is a new design I guess. I won't see my car again until Tuesday so I want to be prepared when I get there.

1. There were two brackets on the later model MK-4's that attach at the very front of the frame.
2. The brackets bolt right behind the marker/blinker lights on the body and very front of the frame.
3. Please know that these brackets are "C" Shaped and go over the brake duct inlets.
4. The bolts that attach these brackets are quite long and go through the body where they attaché to the quick jacks or front bumper.

Thanks! Yeah I know which brackets you're talking about and the general area of where they bolt up. Just wanted to see a picture of anybody had one since there's no instructions in the manual. Do they attach to the VERY front of the frame at the quick Jack holes? Or on the back side of the quick Jack holes? I assume one is right and one is left and you can't get it wrong. I'm sure I'll figure it out, I just don't have my car in front of me right now so I can't see in my mind how they attach.

There was an assembly manual revision for the complete kit (believe issued Aug. 2015) that describing the quick jack/front mounts showing the "C" shaped body mounts going behind the frame extension that receives the quick jack bolts. If I recall the update was sent in an email as a PDF from FFR which I printed. I tried to find it on the website but am computer challenged, so without luck.

So the later MKIV body is secured on each side at the front, by those two little screws holding on the t/signal light? Surely that can't be a very secure method?

I'm glad I saw this. I could not find those parts either. But I did see those.

The other part of the front body mount is the quick jack bolts/sleeves going through the holes in the body. A lot of people use these grommets from **********.

I have used just these brackets alone as i eliminated the quickjacks. 10k miles with no issues
