Well, I'm bidding on a wrx out of California right now, but if I don't win it, what do you guys think of this one

I know rollovers are hard on cars, but the engine doesn't look like it's sagging, the corners aren't pushed in, and all the wheels seem to be straight.

I bought a copart rollover. If you can't actually hear it run be very careful, once I heard mine run after welding up my 818 muffler, after go karting it etc I noticed the slight knock from being run upside down. Resulted in $3000 for a a new shortbock etc... the roll over did essentially provide me with all of the other parts that I needed for free after Craig'slist and Ebay sales

Damage I've heard of mostly was caused by broken motor mounts, so that's why I looked for sag. Was the shortblock wrecked or was that just the better choice for you vs a rebuild? I intend to rebuild the engine anyway, so if it's a question of some "simple" knocking, it won't break my heart as long as the price is right.
