Can someone tell me the dash hole size needed for heat seater switch

I am trying to work on my dash today. I have ordered the seat heaters that are from cobra heat but they have not come in yet.

Can someone tell me how big the hole in the dash needs to be cut for the switch?

Just drill a 3/16" pilot hole for now, and use a step drill bit to enlarge the hole(s) when you know the actual size. Even after the dash cover is on, this will work, if you are careful.

I think I used 1/2" but don't quote me on it. Do what DaleG says with pilot hole.

Good call on the pilot hole.
I had an email in to the vendor. He responded with 5/8"

Don't get impatient. Wait until you get the switch before drilling. What's the rush?
