Parking light question

I'm chasing down a wiring problem with my parking lights not working. I have headlights, brake lights, turn signals, but no parking lights. I think I dieted out something that I need. In the attached wiring diagram (2003 WRX), what is or where is the Parking Switch (circled in RED and connected to the B69 connector)? I have no power to the fuse and think this is the culprit.

That's the one that sits on top of the steering column cover, that everyone forgets about.

Thanks Jerome. That explains it. I did take that out. I guess I need to figure out what to wire back in to get my parking/running lights back.
