After more than 10 years, the rubber seal on the bottom of my windshield frame is starting to look a little worse for wear with cracks and some discoloration. Does anyone know what to ask for when replacing this? Is it something I can get from any auto glass shop or is it the dreaded 'British car part' that I have to source through an offshore supplier somehow!? How does it come out and can I replace it myself? My windshield is from the 2005 era and actually came in a box that said "made in the UK"!

Pretty normal piece. ********** sells them. https://www.**********accessories.com/p-261-windshield-gasket-bottom.aspx. I suspect available other places as well. I don't know if it's a standard auto glass shop item or not. It slides in from the end. Real easy to do. The windshield would need to be off or at least raised a couple inches.
