Need ignition help for my 33

I have a MSD 6AL box with blaster coil and have arcing between the positive coil terminal and the coil wire terminal base. MSD suggested dielectric grease ( Permatex) which did not help and I am now on my second coil and third coil spark wire still with arcing. Any suggestions?

There must be a high resistance at the distributor then. Check the cap and rotor. It's almost like the rotor isn't there.
