What front brakes are included with the complete kit? 11" Mustang GT brakes, right?

If I already had a new set of calipers/pads/rotors for a 99-01 Cobra with the 13" brakes would this be a direct bolt on for my Complete Roadster kit?

I know on the Mustangs, it's a pretty direct swap to go with the bigger 13" Cobra brakes, I just want to make sure there isn't something I'm missing or I don't know about with the Factory Five spindles.

I've got the 13" 2015 rear brakes I'll be installing with my IRS, and part of me has trouble running larger rotors in the back than the front.

Yes, the complete kit supplied brakes are the 10.9" stock Mustang brakes.

What wheels are you planning to run?

The 15" FFR Halibrand replica wheels will clear the 10.9" Mustang brakes, but not 13" Mustang Cobra brakes.

The 17" FFR Halibrands and 17" Mustang / Cobra wheels will clear most 13" brakes, OEM or Wilwood.

Wheel size is important, and so is backspacing / offset when looking to run different brakes...

I ordered the 17" Halibrands with my kit.

You'll be good then...many guys run 13" brakes with 17's.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something with the parts included in the complete kit.

When using stock brake parts from a mustang with a weight distribution of 60/40, it doesn't make the braking system as good as it was on the Mustang. The weight distribution of these roadsters run about 49% front/51% rear. The pistons on the stock rear calipers have a smaller area than the fronts so it's hard to get enough braking on the rears especially using a stock type double port master cylinder. There are a lot of threads on both forums discussing the ways to balance the braking for optimal performance that makes very good reading.
