If you don't mind me asking who or where did you get you dash from. I would be interested in getting one like that

There used to be a guy that cut these on ffcars (ASTGlenn) but he stopped making them midway into doing mine so I had to make my own.

I have a pdf. file with all dimension but I don't know how to insert it in this thread. I have it posted here at the bottom of the page.

The glove box opening is for the box from http://acroadsterinteriors.com/Gloveboxes.htm

I made my own box but Alex's would fit perfectly.

It came out awesome - congrats on a job well done. It will reward you every drive as you look at it and smile... the dash one area where we should all spend a little extra time making it look just how we want.

Odd that since our cars are based on the SC, that the provided dash is not cut out for that model roadster?

Something to do with fitting donor gauges perhaps?

I always thought it was odd as well. This is one of the very first mods I did to my Mk4.

Donor gauges might make sense as a possible reason but why not offer it as an option?

Very clean work. Two quick questions:

1. What are you doing for turn signal indicators? Did I miss them?
2. What's your plan for mounting? Are you going to do hidden tabs in the back or secure through the front with screws?

There are three indicator lights in the dash. Above the key is red (charge) Above the steering column opening is blue (high beam) Next to the tach is green (turn indicator)

I am going to go with three screws through the dash similar to the originals. I was going to go the hidden route but I don't mind seeing the fasteners
