Hello everyone I find the ride stiff on the rear end of my car. Has anyone changed the rear springs to a softer spring rate? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve the ride quality. Keep in mind that I have a street car and not planning on racing it. I am running 20s with 35 series tires. I have reduced the tire pressure but it still rattles my kidneys when I hit a bump. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I dropped to a 250lb spring and was much happier.

If you wish to keep your car balanced, then you should consider changing the springs on all 4 corners. Do you now how much weight is on each wheel?

I have not checked the weight. How will that matter?

Did you get the spring for I'm ff? Do you remember the part number?

Keep in mind that the best front spring rate will be different from the back even if the car weighs the same F&B
because the fronts are inboard and the arms are 1.6 or 1.7 ratio IIRC.
When you get a good street ride you will be approaching the point of needing sway bar/s

A lot of 33's have changed the shocks too in search of better ride quality.
