hi guys iv found the app "realdash" it is a free app and allows you to create your own gauges ect and you can also use this to connect to the obd2 so you can get a tablet and run everything though it. Iv been in contact with the author and they are even willing to create custom gauges
but im looking for someone that can create a computer / data processor to take in data from sensors and put them to the tablet
there is something simlar here but the guy is asking 1500 this seems very over priced :
