Met this guy doing the I.F. Marathon - as soon as I pulled into the starting area to catch the bus at 4:30am on July 30, he made a beeline for the car and started snapping photos. Chatted for a while; he's on a sponsored cross country trip across the states to run a marathon each week in all 50 states and a couple of territories. Talk about tenacious! He's also a serious Cobra fanatic but had never ridden in one, 'original' or otherwise. I ended up dropping this one about mile 20 (didn't train well enough for the heat) but I waited around for him to finish and took him for a spin. Turned out to be his 100th career marathon. He's French, so you'll need to use Google translate unless you parley-voo Franzy.
