I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped in for a visit.

We got a nice tour from Gary.

Even had a cameo from some one famous. He was busy doing adult stuff, so we didn't get a chance to visit.

Fiberglass molding. I didn't take a picture, but they use a robot to trim the parts. they're all a trimmed slightly over size, so the end user can trim to exact fit.

Jig for the MkIV frame.

The QC process is rather extensive

In case you're wondering when your kit is coming....

It was a pretty cool trip for me. After building and driving one for so long, it was pretty cool seeing the "factory". The MkIV has some really nice updates over my MkII. Makes me think I should build another Cobra. :)

Very nice. Looks like you got the annual Open House tour without the crowds. Well worth the time!
