I am located in Georgia and have called Abra, safelite, and glass doctor. None of which will install my windshield glass for me.
Anyone had success with a company or have any recommendations?

Seriously? What is their reasoning for denying you? Every place I called said they would do it. Just tell them it's a Toyota MR2 and that you already have the glass and don't need any warranty for the service or parts - you just need installation.
Element Auto Glass did my installation (I'm in Alpharetta and I believe they service Atlanta and surrounding areas). They did an ok job. There is some adhesive visible in certain parts between the frame and glass but I'm probably the only person who will notice it.

Try a smaller company. Safelite and the other big places have too many lawyers and protocol and it scares the grunts on the shop floor from trying risky jobs so long as there are regular ones waiting in the lot.
If you can can the car to them, any bodyshop should be able to do it as well. I say car because like many others I had to use the 2x4 under the frame to get it to the right shape and really don't like the idea of mounting it in the frame outside the car.

Thanks for the suggestions. Abra says they do not work with customer provided materials so they won't work with me unless I buy the glass from them. Safelite says they won't do the labor because they can't provide a guarantee because it is not a typical car. Glass doctor said the same thing.
I was thinking of bringing the windshield and glass to a glass place close to me but some people are saying I should attach the glass while mounted on the car?
Is mounting the glass on the frame while on the car the way to go? I am also considering doing the install myself, my brother has glass install experience.

I did mine off the car with no issues. My neighbor did the same thing.

Mine was done off the car too. It's all about prep, adhesive and clamps to hold it in place. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. No rocket science should be easy to do yourself

I also had my windshield bonded off the car. I let the frame settle for a few weeks so it would follow the shape of the glass. If you have large gaps and try to clamp the frame to the glass it may crack the glass.
