Anybody know which of these two reproduction Mustang bezels fits the FFR-supplied headlight switch? Thanks!

Hard to say definitively without dimensions. But I don't think either would fit directly. If you plan to use the FFR supplied threaded nut that screws into the headlight switch, likely it would take a washer under the nut to capture either of these bezels.

Karlos, I used the 1966 to 1968 on all switches except the ignition. Edwardb is correct that they do not match directly with the FFR switches. For the headlights, I used a belt sander to smooth out the back side. I then ground the retaining nut to round the off the points. I then ground the nut surface until it was flush with the bezel. I used JB Weld to epoxy the nut into the bezel. I could then screw the bezel on to the switch. I did the same for the remaining FFR toggle switches except I epoxied the retaining ring to the back side. The challenge is to get them tight and keep the label straight. My dash is padded so I could get them tight enough but not all the way. They don't move and work fine. I bought some from CJ Pony Parts and Some from Tom's Bronco Parts on the internet. Hope this helps.

Used a Dremel tool & grinding wheel to custom fit the Bronco bezels. Just takes a few minutes each, metal works quickly, to fit them. Shopped for the best price for the bezels. Total prices are all over the place, shipping can be an issue, but all the pieces regardless of vendor looked the same.

I used the '65 / '66 version and found that the thin jamb nut on the FFR-supplied switch just fit within the recess on the front of the bezel without any modifications. to keep things aligned, I left the tang on the back and accounted for that in the hole that is in the dash.

The light switch is to the lower left of the speedo.

Thank you, guys. I think I will change some things up based on what I'm seeing here. Really like the look of the non ( or lightly paddled) dash, Chris.

Not sure about you guys but I'm finding the dash to be one of the more challenging (and time consuming) aspects of the build so far. Changed the gage layout, changed the mounting approach, changed the dash covering, added a glovebox, etc, etc.

Gotta stop changing stuff. Seems we have more than one compulsive changer here..

Karlos - no padding, just automotive UV-stable leather.

Lot of work, but the end result is great..Nice job on your switch bezels.
