Great Customer Service

Just wanted to pass on kudos to FFR for a very quick email turnaround. I sent an email to the general customer service email address last Friday after their quitting time in MA. Today, Monday, received a response from Sally just after noon my time in KS that my email had been received and was being passed to Brian Z.

In less than 45 minutes from the time Sally sent her response, Brian had provided a complete answer to my question. Now that is great customer service. Thanks Sally and Brian for your quick attention to my question.

The crew is working really hard and it sometimes seems that for every step forward, there are two steps back. The truth is that we have such an incredibly complex product and such a great staff. I love working with these guys and everyone at FFR really cares a tremendous amount. Open House week is making people insane, and we are trying to get a million things done in a very short time, great to know good news and serious thanks for sharing!
