I am building a Factory Five MK IV roadster using a 2001 Mustang SVT donor. The donor ran great before tear down. The engine is in the new car with all connections. I was able to start with direct power to the fuel pump. However, I am unable to start wired through the fuel pump driver module. Inertia switch is good. I replaced both the fuel pump and driver module with the problem unsolved. I am using the wire harness from the donor and am convinced I am missing something in the wire connections. The key and PATS are in the dash as FF manual suggests. Anyone have any suggestions?

If I remember right it is all triggered from the relay module. Check your wiring there and also check fuses. One thought have you verified power at the inertia switch? Probe the output from the fuel pump module and make sure you are getting a brief pulse of power during initial key on

I had a similar situation using a '98 donor including harness. All wiring harness grounds had to be connected and grounded before everything would work properly. (Even the headlight grounds)
