Goodyear billboard lettering

I have Goodyear billboard tires. The white lettering is getting kind of tired.
Now, I kind of like that because they look like true racing tires but if I wanted to
bring back the newer look what would you suggest?

Or baking soda ....Wet soda with water, mix into a med. paste , and rub (gently) the lettering only.Clean up any spills on tires with water.

Also back in the day(a thousand light-years ago). We would use a wet Brillo pad to whiten white wall tires.
