Factory Five customer Jeff Munson's wife Jen is a pro-photographer and took some beautiful pictures of Jeff's car along with some other roadsters and vintage aircrafts. Jeff's car was featured in this month's Car Builder Magazine. Check out Jen's gallery here. (http://www.jennifermunson.com/Client/Vintage-car-and-aircraft-Pinup/)

I'm absolutely in love...

...with that polished 170 mph Cessna 195 in a few of those shots.

Wow! The photography is stunning. Your wife is definitely talented with a camera. Question for you…there is a dark blue Backdraft racing Cobra with Ohio plates that say "Mighty." I absolutely love the color combo with the blue/titanium and red stripes and I am wondering if you know the owner and would check and see if I could contact them to get paint code information. It is the exact combo I am looking for.

Has anyone answered the question definitively what the color combination is (light blue and silver stripe) specifically the color names and codes? With all due respect, it does not look like Britney blue to me. Would love to know if anyone has discovered this information. Thanks, Joel

My wife saw these and expressed interest in doing a similar shoot when our roadster was done. Anyone in Florida do similar projects?

I made the mistake of Googling "britney blue". Suggestion: Type in "brittany blue color" or "brittany blue mustang" instead. It is interesting...many of the images for the paint chip make it look like a darker blue, but when you look at the Google image search of mustangs with Brittany Blue, they are all a more light sky blue color similar to the OP cobra. David H. you may be right on this one...Brittany Blue Metallic might be the correct color.

Does anyone know the paint colors for this car? Anyone know the owner so I can ask?

That seems to be the question of the week! I've had no luck finding either the name of the color or paint codes or owner. The email link on Ms. Munson's website is broken so I was unable to contact her. There is a phone number, but I have not tried to call. Let me know if you have any luck.

As you all likely know looking at a pic on a computer screen can be very deceiving. Also note with this photo you will notice it is a cloudy day but the car is reflecting a lot of light, this will also make the color appear different. I have Viking blue and it looks very different depending on how the light hits it. This could definitely be Bittany or it could be a custom mix. Finding the owner is the best way to know IF he willing to share. :)

You can also reach out to Jennifer Munson and see whether she can ask her husband. She is easy to find on Google.

OK, I found the original article in Car Builder Magazine:

The color is Porsche Iris Blue with silver stripes. Off to find Iris Blue...

It's the mid-80's Iris Blue. Porsche has a newer Iris Blue that is much darker.

Maybe code L33P from the 1985 911?

Yes that's the color. It was used in 1985 and 1986 (and maybe more) on 911s. It is called Iris Blue Metallic.
