Mounting location for ignition stuff

These are the locations where I'm thinking of mounting the ignition coil and control box. Does anybody see any problems with these locations?

Looks fine. I put mine my MSD box on the driver side "F" panel. Put the coil on the driver head, front. Where you are putting your MSD box i put my cruise control unit, after market.

No problems with those locations. Most anything will ultimately work. MSD box on the firewall and coil on the front of the engine head will result in a little more direct and less noticeable wiring runs. Especially the lead between the distributor and the coil. I know some shy away from putting the coil on the engine due to heat, vibration, etc. But many have done it without any issues at all. I've done it twice and no problems.
