Hey All,

This is my first time using the hose material FF supplied with the kit and the standard hose clamps. Has anyone come across a better clamp as i have some leakage and I'm at the tightening point of breaking the clamps. Has anyone got a supplier for wider clamps that would grab more than just one rib or so on the hose? Hoping for just a new clamp versus taking the hose completely off and starting over...

Thanks

For the corrugated stainless, I find that T-bolt clamps do the job really well. Much better than the worm drive variety. I've used the corrugated for two builds with them, and never had any issues. They're available many places. I've gotten them from Summit and also on Amazon. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sme-240200

Using the hose and bushing I have had trouble with the hose slipping of the bushing on the radiator side when it gets hot. I use a piece of 1.5in rad hose x5in long. You need to put some antifreeze on the hose to be able to twist it on the corugatted side and it slides on the radiator with no problem...I double clamp both sides. The T clamps are outstanding so stick with them...daBat

Breeze sells a real nice kit to replace the FFR piece with Stainless Steel tubing for the lower hose. Upper hose IIRC is a F150 Coyote piece.
