Meatball locations

I am trying to figure out the best location for a rear meat meatball. The front seems to be half and half about the front of the hood, but not sure about rear. I couldn't find any vintage images. Does anyone here have any pics that I can get some inspiration from? I have a model that I got from Vegas museum that shows it half/half about the trunk edge, but that seems high.

The best place to put "Meatballs" is on your plate right next to the spaghetti.
Slightly covered with fresh grated parmesan cheese of course.
Sorry, but I just had to because we ate Italian last night.
