Build School

I'm headed to build school next weekend. For those who have been, other than the obvious (note taking materials, smart phone or camera, etc.), are there any items you took along with you that you found helpful or would bring if you had it to do over again? Any tips would be much appreciated.

I'm headed to build school next weekend also. If you're on the ffcars forum check out phileas fogg's build thread. He has 3 pages of notes from when he attended build school. I'll have them with me. See you there.

Guys,
You really do not need anything other than the obvious. Bring a camera, pen or pencil, notepad, and any questions you may have.
Everything else is there for you.
Oh yeah also be ready to work because we don't build the car, you do.
Scott and Charles are going to be doing this class for you guys so have fun.

You guys are lucky, Charles and Scott rock! I attended build school in Feb with my father and son and we had a blast. Charles is still answering questions for me. The build school guys are a tremendous resource. Todd, I hear your were a rock star too...

Take notes in your assembly manual. I did, and it really helped during the build because sometimes you forget to check your notebook. Most everyone else didn't touch their books during class but I read each section as we were building and it will really clarify what is going on. The book isn't very detailed but the triad of build school, book and forum is awesome.
