Guys, I sure could use some ideas on how to tackle my hydraulic clutch set up.
I have an early Mk3, my engine and trans is a 4.6l 3v and 5 speed from a 2005 Mustang GT. I have a 92 pedal box.
Here are some pictures of what it looks like. Have a new 2005 slave cylinder, and cable.

How do I attach the hydraulic slave to the 92 pedal box where the old clutch cable attached?
Thanks

Sounds like a Wilwood pedal box is in your future. Mark Dougherty or Jeff Kleiner may have a better idea. You might send them a PM.

Not sure how much help I can be but I will offer my help if I can. I have a Ford 331 from engine factory, with a steel bellhousing and a hydralic clucth slave from modern driveline. I am using one of the master cyls that came with the complete kit it is a wilwood 3/4 bore and a stainless steel flex line.
my pedal box is a wilwood as well.

It will be difficult w/ the Fox pedal box. Essentially you need to duplicate the brake MC setup. But the MC you have won't mount to the firewall and there is no lug on the pedal to slip the pushrod over. Going to need a lot of fabrication. I hope you figure this out as I am in the same situation and the stronger clutch on my 408 compared to the 351 gave me a heavier pedal.

If you intend to stay with the Fox pedal assembly your best bet is to ditch the '05 Mustang clutch master and go with an aftermarket Fox Mustang unit. They are designed to bolt into the stock firewall of the Mustang and as such should go right into the footbox panel on your Roadster and connect to the clutch pedal assembly.
Check out McLeod's setup: http://www.mcleodracing.com/index.php/hydraulics/hydraulic-conversion-kit/1979-2004-mustang-hydraulic-firewall-kit-gm-quick-disconnect-fitting-41290.html
It's a bit spendy, but will fit the Fox-like clutch cable hole, has a firewall adjuster, works with the cable-style quadrant mount, and converts that action to hydraulic for your stock Three-Valve's five-speed...

I have a fox body foot box with a hyd clutch. I took the cable Quadrant off the clutch pedal shaft. That left an ear hanging off the shaft like a flag. Then drilled a hole in the flag shaped lever and put the pedal back on with the shaft clocked so that when the clutch pedal was depressed, the lever with the hole in it moved forward. I bought a Tilton master cyl that mounts with 2 bolts and connected with a clevis and pin. Trouble free for 10 years now.
