Soft top height

I am measuring my 818S so that Car Cover World can make a pattern for a cover. I want to accommodate the soft top but I don't have one yet. I know the cross bow at the roll bar sits higher than the roll bar. Can someone tell me how much taller the car is at the roll bar with the top on? I also need to know how wide the top is at the top of the roll bar. It looks like it's about the same as the width of the windshield but it's hard to tell.
