We put together the master cylinders with the break pedal, now, as you can see in the pictures, they are not "even", being looking for other cases like this, but i guess my searching expertise within the forum is not the best... anyhow any thoughts here?
in advance, thank you!554385543955440

There is a 818 build thread where this was discussed. First Isolate each side and test for leaks and possible air in the line. then adjust the balance beam.

Couple of questions.-Can you push the boot toward the MC so we can see the flat on the pushrod on both MCs please? Is this w/o any fluid/any bleeding having been done? Reason I ask is it is hard to tell if the pistons in both MCs are in the same position. Usually they are all the way forward in the MC but a plain dry MC could have a piston stuck in about any position. If the pistons are all the way forward in both MCs, and the pushrods are adjusted the same, the balance adjuster cross shaft should be pretty close to 90 degrees to the pushrods. At this point, I would only adjust the balance shaft so you can see about the same length of shaft protruding out from the clevis on both sides. No need to get too careful, just eyeball the exposed lengths and make them equal or close.

Based on your description, sounds like no brake fluid or bleeding yet. The Wilwood MC's have a pretty strong spring inside pushing the piston and pushrod all the way out at rest. You should be able to push against the pushrod and feel it return against the stop when let go. Assuming both are returning to the stop properly (I haven't seen any that didn't) thread the clevis onto each the same on both sides getting the pedal location where you want it. Also at this time you should confirm the balance bar is roughly centered. Looks like it's a little off center in the pictures. Loosen the lock nuts on the one side, and rotate the threaded rod to center. There are lock nuts only one side. It's not missing any parts. (One of your questions.) Once everything is installed as described, when you press the brake pedal, both MC's should move roughly the same. But it may not be exact. Don't do anything further until you have fluid and start bleeding everything.
